Choosing the Right Commercial Display
AV PLANNING GUIDE
Evaluate a display around the content, room conditions and operating requirements of the installation.

Consider what must be readable
A dashboard, a presentation slide and a promotional video have different readability needs. Use real sample content when comparing the required screen size and resolution.
Account for the installation environment
Room lighting, reflections, viewing angles and mounting position affect the result. A specification should be checked against the conditions at the site.
Define the operating pattern
Discuss the expected daily use, orientation, source devices, content updates and control requirements when selecting the product family.
Plan access and supporting work
Allow for mounting support, power, data connections, ventilation and service access. Include these responsibilities in the agreed project scope.
Confirm the final model
Use the current manufacturer documentation and a project-specific quotation to confirm the selected model, accessories and commercial terms.
Tell us about your space
Share your room layout, application and installation location so we can discuss an appropriate solution.
